Discussing the process I followed.
In terms of the wallet design.
Design the ideal wallet
Interview (Designing something for the partner)
Digging deeper
Capturing findings
Sit back with a point of view
Sketch 5 radical ways to reach your partners needs
Share your solutions and capture feedback
Reflect and generate a new solution.
This process is quick, fast and effective due to over thinking on any one of the processes as they are set to a time limit and I hope to improve my technique at using this certain process.
As within 2 hours I have come up with multiple designs and one that is ideal for partners needs, which is crazy. Reflecting is good process that I haven't really considered before, being able to get judgment and reflection from other people is scary but rewarding.
Below is the final design, which is the only bad thing about this is didn't have enough time that is quite important due to the prototype is where your partner actually see what it looks, how big, feels more important than any drawing so more time but I made do and create this, which the partner was sort of happy about.

Discover
Define
Develop
Deliver
Discovering;
All about discovering what works and what doesn't, what is appealing throughout your design ideas, what you enjoy the most. Very rough sketches that don't really mean anything but ideas that you are randomly scrambling out. Very effective part of the stage for me personally, seeing what I can create, gives me a sense of direction towards my final design so very important initial stage.
Define;
More defining on the ideas that appealed to the eye the most and amused the mind more. This is important for me as I start to get idea of how the design is starting to like, not just the most important object but also its surroundings, be more precise of how he is sitting or those shapes are symmetrical.
Develop;
Developing the define, transferring them into illustrator or adding colour or texture. After this part you should have an exact idea of what it looks like, where its positioned, colour and your goal/message you are trying to get across is actually getting across.
Deliver;
Delivering your final design to your audience, the most exciting yet nerve wracking thing ever, complete design in terms of colour and touch ups. there is nothing more you can do to this design. You've given it your all, however you wouldn't have gotten to this point if you didn't do the first three steps before this, so to me not as important of an step.
